2. Made-to-Measure Agreement

All garments are made-to-measure based on customer-submitted measurements.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for measurement accuracy.

Ya Salaam Clothing is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted.


3. No Return / No Refund Policy

All made-to-measure garments are final sale.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

This policy is agreed to at the time of purchase.


4. Production Tolerance

All garments are handmade.

Minor tolerances of approximately 1–2 cm may occur.

This is standard in bespoke tailoring.


5. Product Representation

We make every effort to display fabrics and colours accurately.

However, variations may occur due to:
• Screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Fabric batches

These variations are not faults.


6. Order Finality

Once production begins:

Orders cannot be:
• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Changed


7. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED.

Ya Salaam Clothing reserves the right to change prices at any time.


8. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.


9. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier.

Ya Salaam Clothing is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Customs delays
• Import fees


10. Intellectual Property

All content including:
• Images
• Logo
• Designs
• Text

belongs exclusively to Ya Salaam Clothing.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.


11. Limitation of Liability

Ya Salaam Clothing shall not be liable for:
• Incorrect measurements
• Fit dissatisfaction due to customer error
• Courier delays
• Customs delays


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
