1. Made-to-Measure Production

All Ya Salaam garments are made individually to the exact measurements submitted by the customer at the time of order.

Each garment is cut, tailored, and finished specifically for the individual customer.

As a result, all orders are final.

We do not accept:
• Returns
• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Remakes
• Fit-based claims

This applies to all orders without exception.


2. Measurement Responsibility

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all measurements submitted
• Ya Salaam Clothing produces garments strictly according to the measurements provided
• We do not verify measurement accuracy

Measurement guides and instructions are provided for assistance only.

Ya Salaam Clothing accepts no responsibility for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.


3. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Production may begin shortly after payment confirmation.

Once tailoring has commenced, the garment cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.


4. Change Requests

Changes to measurements, fabric selection, or other order details cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Customers must ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.


5. Manufacturing Faults

In the rare event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, defined as:
• Major structural fault
• Incorrect fabric used (not what was ordered)
• Major tailoring defect not related to measurements

Ya Salaam Clothing will review the case.

If confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:
• Repair, or
• Replacement

This does not apply to fit issues caused by incorrect measurements.


6. Fabric Variations

Due to the natural characteristics of fabrics and tailoring, minor variations may occur in:
• Shade
• Texture
• Finish

These are not defects.


7. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of a completed garment:

The order remains final and non-refundable.

Any return shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
